I would NOT order anything from them until their new system is fixed. Manager of store basically stated that they know the ordering/fulfillment system is broken, but they can not do anything to fix the system. We have used them in the past, but cancelled order. Got a return call and was told it was rescheduled for Sunday. Sunday comes and my window is noon to three and no one showed again. Cake and left a voice message again and no on called back this time. I have to call the store tomorrow and find out why they never delivered my furniture twice.
- JJJustinOct 11, 20253.0(edit) they did refund the delivery fee. so I will give 3 star. however I feel the 58 dollars could have been easily covered for my troubles. just my opinion. order a 3 piece sectional. only 2 of the 3 pieces showed up and was informed by delivery guys at my door. ok no problem maybe they can compensate me and give me 5 year protection plan I didnt order. they said we can refund delivery which was 160ish but you'd still owe 58 towards the protection plan..and oh you'd have to come in to the store to pay that. absolutely not. never again will I order from them. you messed up my entire day and still want to charge me 58 dollars. do not use this company.
