  We worked with Richard to get a new mattress, he was very nice and informative and showed us mattresses within our budget but also showed us a moving base which we ended up getting. He told us about warranties and all the info about the mattresses. Delivery, I was not as satisfied with. We just got brand new light colored carpeting installed 2 days before delivery and they said they could not take their shoes off. It’s been raining like crazy so it’s been muddy out so I don’t know why they don’t bring shoe covers. They also would not take our mattress because we put it outside for them (it was covered in a plastic mattress bag) and said they could only take the mattress from inside the room so if you’re getting anything taken away, don’t take it out of your house or they won’t take it for some odd reason…

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Richard Hernandez at the store location in Royersford. I just moved into the area and needed several pieces of furniture. I spent nearly three hours in the store, and Richard was incredibly patient , polite and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured. He would seem to find me right around the time I started having more questions. In addition to this, he has an eye for design. I do not! I was going to just go with the area rug with the living room set on the floor but felt it was a little bland. He helped me pick out an area rug to go with my living set that is going to be the focus in the room and I love it. I can't wait for my new bed to be delivered. (It has a built in chiropractor with the adjustable frame) Richard helped me stay in budget and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I left with exactly what I needed and feel very happy with my purchase.I highly recommend asking for Richard Hernandez the next time you shop here.

  We had just bought a new home and needed furniture for several different rooms. We stopped into R&F and that’s when we met Lucy. She knew the store well and was very helpful showing us the different styles of reclining sofas and love seats. We made our purchase and were looking forward for the delivery in a couple days. When the truck arrived and when we saw the color, we immediately thought they sent the wrong one. It turned out it was the right color we chose but, the lighting in the store must have been different from our house. We sent it back. Shortly after that, the phone rang and it was Lucy. She was very understanding and was able to apply a refund to another style sofa and color. We look forward to going back to R&F to work with Lucy to furnish the rest of the house.
