The selection at the store was great, without feeling too overwhelming, and Hannah was great to work with! She was very nice and super helpful in selecting the best pieces and getting the best deals. Her professionalism and knowledge of the products were impeccable and I will definitely be back. Raymour & Flanigan’s deliveries also went smoothly and the entire process was overall very enjoyable!
- RAR AJan 4, 20261.0Never shopping with this company again. I don't care what the sale is. Ordered a bed frame online end of Oct. Get a call it will be ready for pickup the week after Christmas (wildly long time to wait for an order. Get a call they will have it ready for pickup on a Friday. Friday comes and they call me it wasn't on the delivery truck. They have no time frame when it will come. Escalate to a manager, they figure out where it is and offer free delivery and assembly and $15 credit. Fine. Finally delivery day, 5pm 2 delivery men come and say they cannot take their shoes off in my no shoe home and my brand new WHITE carpets. I ask if they have shoe covers, no. I offer shoe covers and they say they cannot. Tell them my carpets are bright white and brand new and this is a no shoe household. They say sorry and leave. Call this stores location again to see why and what's going on. They said it's policy and they would cover and damage done to the home. No no no no. What an absolute joke. I do not want dirty work boots on my white carpets to begin with. The manager tells me she lets them in her home no problem and it's policy. Absolutely disgusted. Any other service I have in my home every company has had their own shoe covers or accepts mine. Zero from this company, extremely disappointed. Open the box to assemble ourselves, zero directions. Call the store and after they cannot find online instructions I am told it's pretty straight forward. Ummm there are more than 20 screws and different sizes.

She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to give us her time to find the perfect piece for our home. I would give Irene 5 stars if it were for her alone. However, our experience was quickly tarnished by the store manager, Yulissa? She was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. The couch we were interested in had the entire section ripped to shreds at the bottom black fabric. We inquired about this to Yulissa and she responded with anger, frustration, and frustration intense rudeness. She even yelled at our saleswoman, Irene! Thankfully, Irene was so kind and professional so we will continue with the purchase; but we will NEVER return to this location due to Yulissa and her horrific and unprofessional attitude. I just hope she doesn’t treat all of her customers this way… because I feel for them!

They get you to buy something and then just do not care about helping you figure out delivery or shipping dates. They also can not help you whatsoever if you make an order online which makes no sense since it’s all the same company.
