    I’m an instacart shopper and this morning i attempted to complete a batch where i ultimately needed help finding the items because the store was a RUN THROUGH MESS. but god forbid i asked for help. An african american woman claiming to be a manager proceeded to belittle me for doing instacart and not “knowing” where these things are and if they’re even in stock. she said she knew the floor inside and out because she’s the mAnAGeR and i politely asked if she could show me where these items were located (Via instacart i NEED to supply them with a photo of the empty shelf in order to refund the item with no replacements) she acted like i was bothering her for asking to see where they would be. She proceeded to ask ME if i had a problem like i was the one catching hostility with her. I told her no and she walked away, grabbing her male manager to my surprise. at this point im on the phone with instacart trying to drop the order because being verbally assaulted is NOT worth any kind of batch money. while i’m on my phone with instacart the man approaches me like i’m bothering him rudely interrupting my phone call and claiming IM BEING RUDE. He came over to tell me i was being rude to staff and it there was anything HE could do for me. I politely told him i have no attitude to actually check your employees on that. This establishment has a lot of work to do on hospitality, not only for their shopper but they need better employees. place is garbage.

    My old location was Robinson. This is a very different experience here. So clean and not a creepy warehouse feeling.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
