An african american woman claiming to be a manager proceeded to belittle me for doing instacart and not “knowing” where these things are and if they’re even in stock. she said she knew the floor inside and out because she’s the mAnAGeR and i politely asked if she could show me where these items were located (Via instacart i NEED to supply them with a photo of the empty shelf in order to refund the item with no replacements) she acted like i was bothering her for asking to see where they would be. She proceeded to ask ME if i had a problem like i was the one catching hostility with her. I told her no and she walked away, grabbing her male manager to my surprise. at this point im on the phone with instacart trying to drop the order because being verbally assaulted is NOT worth any kind of batch money. while i’m on my phone with instacart the man approaches me like i’m bothering him rudely interrupting my phone call and claiming IM BEING RUDE. He came over to tell me i was being rude to staff and it there was anything HE could do for me. I politely told him i have no attitude to actually check your employees on that. This establishment has a lot of work to do on hospitality, not only for their shopper but they need better employees. place is garbage.
