I asked for product info, then 6' Emerald Green Arbourvitae, it did not understand, then I asked for nursery stock. Then after listening to useless info, I had to repeat my request. Then AI proceeded to give me info on a different product. Long story short, after waiting on hold, getting transfered twice, and finally got lawn & garden, the associate that answered, when asked the question 'Do you have 6' Emerald Green Arbourvitae in stock' simply responded 'I don't know'. A 6 minute call, no satisfaction. I miss qualified human beings.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
