- GGGunnar5 days ago1.0If I could leave less than one star I would. Picked out materials to have my kitchen floor redone. Scheduled and paid for the job. After a month of waiting the appointment for my job was pushed back another month due to a “corporate contract”. After waiting another month and taking off of work to be home for the scheduled work to be done the contractor informed me that the materials that I have already paid for are not at this location and are nowhere to be found. The following day I was informed that my materials were shipped to a Lowes location in Iowa. I then asked when the materials would arrive and when the work could be rescheduled, to be told “it’s on a truck, we don’t know when it will arrive and cannot schedule the work until it arrives”. After being told this for 3 straight days I requested a refund. Which was also not a simple process. There was no sense of accountability or urgency throughout this process. Not even the offer of a discount or quick rescheduling date. I highly recommend not perusing any home improvement jobs with this company.
