  Friendly staff! We enjoyed working with Graham on previous purchases and we were happy to see him again today. He welcomed us shortly after we walked in the door. He goes above and beyond to assist his customers. He listens well and tried to find the pieces we were looking for. Rick in customer service was also very helpful and witty! We enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to our furniture delivery.

She understood exactly what I was looking for & offered thoughtful suggestions that fit my style & budget perfectly. The showroom was beautifully laid out with so many gorgeous options, and everything felt high-quality & well-made. The entire process—from browsing to purchasing—was smooth & stress-free. I'm anticipating that delivery will be just as impressive: right on time, professional, and handled with care. It’s not often you find a place that nails both customer service & product quality, but Raymour & Flanigan absolutely does. I’m beyond happy with my purchases and will definitely be back!
