After multiple unsuccessful attempts for an update I finally requested to cancel the order on 10/22/25. I was assured by customer service that the order was canceled and I should receive my refund in 7-10 back to the card used to make the purchase. 11/12/25 I contacted customer service for an update and was told the refund was not processed and a check needed to be mailed and I would receive it in 7-10 days. Today I was told by customer service that a check would be mailed. I then told them that this was an unacceptable response. That the credit was alleged issued twice already. I was then asked if I was in touch with customer service. Calls not answered chats not responded to text messages with 2hr delays and my money still not returned. To date … order placed 9/2/24 DECEMBER 2nd nothing but the run around.
