I was interested in a Dewalt rotary hammer drill. The sales person in the tool department acted like it was an inconvenience to assist me. That alone made my decision to buy this item and 2 other dewalt tools somewhere else. Lowe's just lost out on $600 with of a sale. These items are the same price or possibly a bit cheaper in other places. There was a different sales associate that assisted me on a different item which I did already have in my basket from an earlier transaction. The real annoyance was the tool associate was stocking the area where the items I wanted were located. This was a disappointing visit

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
