  We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan, thanks to furniture specialist Jon Marcus. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions with ease. What really stood out was his laid-back approach—he gave us plenty of space to explore options on our own without ever making us feel pressured. Thanks to Jon, we were able to take our time and find the perfect sleeper sofa for our home. It made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for furniture!

  My husband and I unexpectedly needed a new couch and found what we needed with Rhonda’s help. She was fantastic! She texted us pictures ahead of time and had things lined up to show us based on what we told her our needs were before we arrived at the store.

  Jon Marcus is the best salesman for my money. I am 73 years old and do not like being hustled when shopping. Jon listened to what my wife and I was looking for. He showed us everything in the store related to our inquiries. He was polite, knowledgeable, funny. Informative, and patient. We ended up buy furniture more expensive than we intended to pay. We did it gladly as we felt no pressure from him to buy, and he patiently listened to some conversation that were not directly related to the purchase. I would recommend the Plymouth Meeting store to anyone as we also purchased a substantial piece of furniture the previous year when we received our income tax refund. The salesperson was very good, but our experience with Jonathan Marcus was memorable. We will be back.

  Earlier this week I called the Plymouth Meeting Raymour & Flanagan, in need of a new leather sectional. Salesman Jon Marcus answered the phone. He was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and super nice. I then scheduled an appt to meet him Saturday (today). He followed up with text messages and was ready for me when I arrived at the store this morning. I can’t say enough good things about him. He knew the inventory, my needs, and was patient in going through everything with me to ensure I made the right purchase. And he looks like a celebrity to boot! Thanks Jon and Raymour & Flanagan 😎

  I worked with Jon yesterday. He sold me a couch and a coffee table. He was awesome to work with. He did not apply any pressure tactics or anything that would typically turn off a customer. He was super chill, he listened to my needs, and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. He worked with my budget, was super friendly, and his demeanor was very approachable. The store surprised me. I did not realize that I was going to get such a good deal when I came in the store. There were some really awesome couches that were in my price range and they are high quality. There really is a wide variety of items to work with at fair prices. I am happy with my experience at this store.
