  I purchased Several items from this store. My furniture was delivered to my home and assembled for me. I am totally satisfied with customer service and I love my furniture. This is my favorite store, in the future if I need to purchase any More furniture I will definitely get my items from this store.

  Annoying experience ordering a couch!! Placed order, ordered from KOP and chose to pick it up ourselves. They told us we could pick it up from the Plymouth meeting location after Wednesday the following week (which is the only day they get their shipments in), which worked for us. We said we’d pick up the Monday after that, confirmed with them multiple times, and called before showing up. Drove to Plymouth meeting, and they only had 2/3 of the couch. They messed up, and said it would arrive on their shipment on Wednesday. Annoying but, whatever, it happens. Called before showing up the that Wednesday, and they said it was forgotten AGAIN. Called Plymouth meeting location and customer service was nice, but they were not owning up to the inconvenience this caused (2 days taking off early of work so far and another still needed). They said they would deliver it free of charge to our house in another WEEK. We declined, since we needed it sooner. We asked to pick it up directly from the distribution center in NJ (50 mins away) so we could get the couch ourselves. They said yes but we still had to wait two days because it takes 12-24 hours for that to show up in their system, so now we couldn’t pick it up until Friday. Tried to call the distributor in NJ 10 times, and never once did they pick up. The people inside were nice though. All this stress and having to drive 50 mins back and forth to pick it up, long after the initial order was inconvenient. Bruce, the manager at Plymouth meeting was rude and very unhelpful. He said the most they could offer was $50 off the couch. Said he would put us on hold for a minute to see what he could do then HUNG UP and never called back.

  If I knew it would be this much of a hassle for them to deliver a sofa I never would have ordered. They picked up my damaged sofa and delivered a “new one” … except it wasn’t new, they delivered the same damaged sofa they had picked up a few days earlier re-wrapped in plastic to look new. If you call the store and speak with 3 different people about the same issue, I can guarantee you’ll get 3 different answers. I now am stuck with a damaged sofa in my home that I HAVE to start making payments on according to Raymour & Flannigan or I will get a late fee. Disappointing to pay thousands of dollars when I haven’t recieved my undamaged purchase yet. The time I’ve spent taking off of work to get this sofa delivered, picked up and delivered again to now have to take off work again to get the I damaged piece delivered is appalling. A discount is beyond warranted.

  Our second time here in a few months, first trip was Living room set, second a bedroom set. We came back for the amazing experience we had with Rhonda Dawkins!!!! She has impeccable taste and good suggestions, we will only work with her and will be back soon for a dining set!! Again we will only work with her!
