If I knew it would be this much of a hassle for them to deliver a sofa I never would have ordered. They picked up my damaged sofa and delivered a “new one” … except it wasn’t new, they delivered the same damaged sofa they had picked up a few days earlier re-wrapped in plastic to look new. If you call the store and speak with 3 different people about the same issue, I can guarantee you’ll get 3 different answers. I now am stuck with a damaged sofa in my home that I HAVE to start making payments on according to Raymour & Flannigan or I will get a late fee. Disappointing to pay thousands of dollars when I haven’t recieved my undamaged purchase yet. The time I’ve spent taking off of work to get this sofa delivered, picked up and delivered again to now have to take off work again to get the I damaged piece delivered is appalling. A discount is beyond warranted.

Our second time here in a few months, first trip was Living room set, second a bedroom set. We came back for the amazing experience we had with Rhonda Dawkins!!!! She has impeccable taste and good suggestions, we will only work with her and will be back soon for a dining set!! Again we will only work with her!

Disappointed with our experience, unfortunately.
We stopped in to shop a few weeks before moving, had attention as soon as we walked into the store, found a set we liked and was able to place the order a few weeks in advance. Great.
Then arrival day comes, turns out that a box spring does not come with the bed/mattress set. We were not told about this during our shopping day with our salesperson. Okay, fine.
Was able to order the box spring immediately for next day delivery (along with $75 fee for delivery). Day of box spring delivery comes, and they have the wrong address (to an address that doesn’t even exist!). Also called in, spoke to our sales person, who did not offer to cover our extra fee.
So now it’s getting delivered tomorrow.
Disappointed that we had to pay extra to get a box spring delivered on a different day to the wrong place.
The furniture quality is good but the customer service is lacking. Very frustrated with our experience.
