  I was struggling to find the right size recliner for my dressing room and stools for my kitchen island. Jon was extremely patient, taking the time to measure everything and even moving some pieces around so I could visualize the layout. He was knowledgeable about fabric durability and density, and didn't pressure me into making a quick decision. The whole process was seamless, and I am absolutely in love with my new recliner! Highly recommend asking for Jonathan Marcus!

  Terrible. Spent almost $6000 on a bed frame, adjustable base, mattress, and a chest. I asked the sales clerk if the adjustable mattress would fit in the bed frame since it had slats and she said yes, you just have to remove the slats. Today they delivered it and they had to put it on top of the slats because the storage drawers would prevent it from sitting inside the frame. So now I have a 12” thick mattress sitting on top of slats that are already 15” off the ground so now I need a ladder to climb onto the bed! This is unacceptable. Oh, and when you pay, they tell you there are no refunds. This is horrible! I will never buy from them again.

  Wonderful experience with Bruce. We have come to this place twice and both times he has been extremely professional, competent and friendly. He made sure we got our furniture delivered in the time frame that we needed it. Even introduced to some more affordable furniture pieces.
