I ordered a sump pump cover and had it delivered for some reason I was delivered a panera orderer that belonged to someone else. See picture for reference. When i showed them this they told me to contact doordash. Why would I contact doordash when I never used them in the first time? . The store used doordash to deliver the item and the wrong item was delivered.The store takes no accountability. Cannot get a hold of anyone in the store. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received.

I don't know if it's staff training or what, but I have problems here with orders, returns, etc that I never have at Oaks. They even botched the “fix”. Didn’t deliver a part needed to install the pedestals and then took days and many phone calls to figure out (long story). And then they were supposed to put the part on the same person truck and guaranteed that so the same person would do the install we paid for. And they couldn’t even do that right. They messed up everything from start to finish. We are still trying to get this resolved 2 days later.
