I called in a pinch, and he responded right away and spent extra time at our house triple checking to make sure everything was perfect. Dave is also incredibly nice! Our pool is a little complicated, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing as he got familiar with our set up. I feel so lucky to have found Blue Ribbon Pools, and if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Andrew and Dave were extremely responsive, at my home the next day to discuss what we were experiencing and develop a plan to diagnose and repair the issues with my in-ground, enclosed pool. All repairs (three piping leaks and cement deck reinforcement) were completed to my complete satisfaction. I recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone looking for solid knowledge of pool construction and repair options.
