  I can't say enough great things about the folks at La-Z-Boy in Pittsburgh!! I live in Colorado and needed to find a product for my 85 year-old father who lives in Pittsburgh. I worked with Elaine (Sales) and she was incredible. She helped me find the right product, sort out payment and appropriate discounts, and then delivery. The delivery guys were wonderful as well, helping my dad by setting things up and moving around what was needed. Could not be happier!!

  I have received 4 promises to come and look at a seam that needs fixed in my recliner/rocker. Excuses like "sorry our system is down, we can do a video walk through, we'll call you back". Clerk always says we'll have someone call you! It has now been 4 mos. and i want to give up which is what they probably wanted all along!

  Kristy is an excellent representative of the “LaZBoy brand and this location. She answered our questions thoroughly. Her friendly demeanor made us feel at ease and she gave zero pressure for us to buy anything. This was a great experience for us.
