  I don’t live anywhere near this place but happened to be in the area. I’m so glad I stopped. Edward and company were super helpful in getting my hot tub up and running. They answered every question I had and then some. Because of the excellent service I will be making this store my permanent destination for all of my hot tub needs. 😊

  I called valley pool and spa in north hills for help with a hottub that I bought there , I explained the problem to Kurt who seemed to not care at all . He then tried to extort 150 dollars from me after telling me the lead time would be 3 to 4 weeks for service with the problem i was having (hottub panel might hav burned out ) is what I was told … so I expressed frustration and again got no willingness to help but just answers with ugh uhhh uhhh I then told Kurt I was not paying this with no date and how ridiculous this was and he HUNG UP on me ! I WILL NEVER buy another hot tub , spa products , or ask for help with service ever again . This is the worst place ever for anything spa related and if your wise you will never come here to do your spa or pool needs and if you do you'll see all you will get is apathy and money scams !!!!! I’m also notifying the better business bureau and suggest you do the same if anyone else has dealt with a problem like this with valley pool and spa in north hills .
