  Don't go here. 1 week before Christmas won't sell floor model Christmas trees (we were more than willing to pay full price for it), yet are completely out of stock of all trees except one. Horrible customer service, shop elsewhere.

  Purchased a hot tub early spring and the sales person was great. The issues started when the service and delivery folks got involved. When it was delivered the front panel was broken. I was told they would order a replacement. I waited several months to get the replacement one. Each time I called I was given another excuse why they hadn't called me back. I even called the store directly to escalate since service was not responsive. They kept promising the tech would call me back and he rarely did. They finally came out to replace the panel in july but the piece that was broken didn't come with the new panel. I was told once again they would need to order a replacement and I've been waiting another 2 months. Tried calling again this week and just kept getting a busy signal. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. Don't buy a hot tub at pool city.

  I was in desperate need of new felt for my pool table. Figured I'd give these guys a call and see if they had a reasonable offer on a tan felt to replace my old one. I spoke with Adam, who not only gave me a great deal on the felt, but he presented me with a variety of colors to choose from. I actually decided on a purple felt at his recommendation and it looks amazing! He even gave me some tips for installing it myself and everyone who has seen it has complimented my choice. Thank you Adam and Pool City for helping me think outside the box!
