    The staff in the store was great, but delivery of appliances is hot garbage. Bought washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Delivery drivers damaged refrigerator and washer while unpacking and blamed the factory, then claimed it was my fault on the first attempt. Second delivery attempt was a complete no show and they lied and stated that a door hanger was left. Third attempt at delivery brought more damaged appliances. Lowes customer service did nothing to remedy the situation any time. All they said was how sorry they were and customers are the most important part of the business. Had them refund the purchase and went DIRECTLY to a competitor to give them a shot at my business. Lowes and I are officially DIVORCED after this fiasco. Not first time with Lowes delivery either. Horrible customer service and even worse delivery. Steaming hot trash!

    I walked in to return some faucet handles that I had apparently bought at Home Depot. A laugh was had all around, I decided to check out their faucet section and it blew their competition out of the water.

    Not only does this location tolerate disability discrimination from the employees towards customers, but corporate also would not discipline their management or employees if the store for doing so. With color blindness affecting over 12 million people in the US alone and 8% of the male population suffers from this; which might I add is your major demographic(blue collar working men) you would think this company and their employees would be a little more empathetic and have some human decency to help customers in situations like this. There is absolutely no reason this kind man trusted Lowe’s and their employees to sell him the product he was looking for in a certain color and he was sold the completely wrong color; he also was laughed at and when he reached out to management he was laughed at and dismissed as well. Do better Lowe’s this is disgusting behavior that should not be tolerated.

    Safe Surroundings is contracted by Lowes for fence installation projects. Based on my experience, I would look into other options and not go through Lowes and find another installer. Summary of unacceptable customer service from both parties: 1. purchased fence and paid in full to Lowes on May 16th. 2. Fence installation date changed multiple times. All of the fence product required for the project wasn't shipped together and on-site for the installation date. 3. Fence installed on July 20 -23rd. Crew showed up late, didn't have concrete for posts. This was 12 weeks after full payment for the project. 4. Sections of fence installation was not even and installed to my satisfaction. Missing parts and a damage gate installed. 5. Crew pulls out (Justin - owner and team), assures me the parts will be ordered and issues addressed asap. No follow-up. 6. I had to contact Lowes IST over 12 times to address these concerns and document the issues. 7. Lowes over ordered $1500 of fencing product. Contractor said he would have it picked up and returned to the store so I could get credit. That didn't happen. I had to contact Lowes to get the pick up scheduled and refund. 8. Fence removal was not performed by the contractor, I have yet to be reimbursed for that. Working with Lowes now. 9. I had to follow up on the missing parts, came in two orders. 10. Ten weeks after the initial install, today October 1, 2025, the damaged gate and missing locks were installed. From time of payment on May 16, 2025 until noon today October 1, 2025 a total of 22 weeks has elapsed. I have spent too much time, energy, and money on this service and expected more from Lowes and it's install partners. I am still waiting on a refund for the old fence haul away that I handle and the contractor didn't. In addition to some type of discount for all of my time, energy, and frustration related to addressing this poor customer experience. I will update my review if and when Lowes addresses my concerns. But be forewarned. If you are planning a fence project and considering using Lowes, make sure you ask who they are subcontracting for the work. My experience was not good and I would not recommend either party.
