Wish I could give this store zero stars. So many of my orders and purchases have been wrong, delayed, defective. They don’t want to hear anything their customers have to say, I was dismissed and talked down to for their incompetence. It’s truly been so many glaringly negative experiences. They get things wrong then blame you, they don’t answer phones, if you try to explain this issue you have with a product they cut you off and talk to you like you’re trying to inconvenience THEM. I want to support Lowe’s over the other big box home improvement store but I just can’t anymore. Absolutely disgusting incompetence and non existent customer care. Lost a customer for life…
Also, the manager named “Mike” was easily the rudest most disrespectful individual I’ve ever encountered in a retail role EVER. I left with my blood boiling… never again…

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
