Stopped in to look for a last minute gift for a plant lover just before the holiday. Found a clearance section of plants that weren’t labeled well. We found a small holiday’ish plant, with several others similar in style, not priced. We located an associate (older lady with heavy makeup) and asked. She walked us to the front of the store to look at two small racks of plants. We explained to her multiple times that it was with the clearance plants and similar ones were there, she continued to tell us that people put things back in the wrong places all the time. She asked the young lady working self checkout and she tried to look it up. In front of us, as the cashier was looking for a sku she debated and belittled the cashier for giving us 50% off. The sales associate proceeded to approach the computer and shove her finger in the plant, and state “it’s not a clearance plant”. We still paid $12 for the plant because it wasn’t in bad shape, just missing a few of the top leaves. The original associates complex and attitude weren’t welcome - or appropriate. Other than that - this store is neat, clean and organized and the cashier embodied the service oriented attitude.

Be warned about buying their warranties on appliances. They are third party, and then they also subcontract the work to another third party on top of that. It has to be the biggest scam I've ever been apart of. Bought 2 Samsung washers from here in less than 3 years. They don't last, and you can't even get them fixed when they break. Lowes is to blame the most here. Trust me when I say, stay away from buying appliances at this store.
Edit: lowes did absolutely nothing to help. They steal your money for warranties here. It's an absolute scam and I will be taking them to court. Do not buy appliances from Lowes! You have lost all my trust and confidence to literally purchase anything from your store ever again. I will see you in court

Falsely sell items told in stock and setup deliveries then either just show up with 1/2 or non of order. Call to find out why and find out when items will deliver and get rude, lack of care and info customer support then suppose to give 4 hour delivery window and told it’s 8 hours. Keep calling and no answers from customer service. Have delt with this 3 times and others gave same dealings with Lowe’s. Bad business and needs to be investigated and delt with. Any other company that takes money for items they don’t possess is usually called a scam or fraud. How about it Lowe’s you know what your doing and if more customers step it up maybe you will be forced and should fix this issue.
