The two women were obsessed with their cross stitch or crochet project and didn't care about the customers. No explanation of the products, demo etc. Just heads down on their beautiful personal projects.

There are Basic Fabrics that are included with the purchase price. However, most of the fabrics are add-ons with differing prices. There is NO List of the fabrics with their prices. The staff had to use their tablets to add a new fabric into the purchase each time we asked what was the add-on for a particular fabric. Ridiculous! Lovesac divide the fabrics into categories (A, B, C, D) and assign Prices. This way it will be clear to BOTH the customer and staff differences without using the tablets. Hint: a complimentary neckrole with purchase would be nice.
