  Our experience was very good from start to finish. Portia was excellent at helping us decide what we wanted. Her knowledge and patience was essential to helping us choose LaZboy. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend LaZboy for your furniture needs!

  Great shopping experience! Associate introduced himself, asked if we needed help, and told him just looking! He said fine, please let me know if I can be of assistance. When we did ask for assistance, very knowledgeable and treated us incredibly well as if we were the only customers in the store. We already have 2 La-Z-Boys recliners that are over 30 years old, and have held up incredibly well. Found what we had been looking for, and looking forward to the power recliner being delivered to our home! Great shopping experience!

  My husband and I received top-of-the-line customer service from Makhia when shopping for our living room furniture. He took his time and was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We also loved our experience with the interior designer, Jessica. We got to see a virtual preview of our furniture in our space before we finalized the purchase. Jessica also saw to it that we got the best deal we could get for the selections we made. The entire experience was top notch. We would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy, and specifically Jessica and Makhia, to family and friends who are shopping for furniture and accessories.
