Constantly a line and the old people working never do anything. They make the younger girls do everything and I’ve seen them be super rude to the younger workers.

Evan in the Framework Department is an absolute master at his craft! Evan has done about eighteen custom order frames for me now and has worked on some pretty old/rare/and expensive artwork for me. Evan is very kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and is a absolutely amazing person to work on designing a custom frame with! You can tell Evan puts an extremely high amount of craftsmanship in his work which is very rare in todays world! Hobby Lobby of Robinson Twp, you should give Evan in Framing a bonus or raise! He is definitely an all around great employee! Thank you Evan!

Love this store they have everything I need and most of it is on sale .. love it
I went to Hobby Lobby and picked up wrapping paper, Valentine’s Day cards, and a hook for towels to hang on the door. I really enjoyed the experience, especially getting to shop with my mom. I ended up coming back a week later to grab more Valentine’s Day cards. I also love the Christian music they play, it always makes the shopping experience feel calm and uplifting. Always a fun and pleasant place to shop.

Hobby Lobby has consistently some of the worst customer service ever, no matter the store but this review in particular is regarding the Hobby Lobby in Robinson. I tried to call to find if they had an item in stock, as I live over 40 minutes away (I had the SKU number, item name, the product listing pulled up on my computer to make sure it was an efficient phone call), and was put on hold for 10 minutes -- no one came to the phone. I hung up, called back, got the same woman who originally transferred me, and she said that the person in that department was assisting a customer - for over 10 minutes? Honestly, I don't think so. It's super frustrating that only 1-person in each department can tell you if they carry an item or not. Their system is so antiquated, going in person is even worse. You go to the store to wait in line for at least 20 minutes, awful customer experience to say the least.
