  I had the pleasure of working with Muhammad to furnish a two-bedroom apartment, including 2 offices and a dining room. He was a joy to work with. His expertise in the Raymour & Flanigan product line was very appreciated, as I needed to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible. He was great at listening and adapting our search based on my feedback on preferences and values. He made the overwhelming experience fun. The furniture we selected was high-quality and good value. Solid wood and aesthetically pleasing, modern. We chose high-quality mattresses and have no regrets. Very worth the price- extremely comfortable and well worth the investment. He stayed connected with world-class service throughout the delivery experience and beyond. The delivery was seamless and impressive. They were clear about the arrival window, and the tracking app made anticipating the delivery easy. The delivery personnel were incredible- hard working, respectful, and careful with both the furniture and the apartment walls/floors, etc. We are thrilled with the space we created and appreciate the personalized, professional service.

  Had a power recliner couch that was purchased 2 years ago. One of the motors stopped working and couldn’t be replaced. Raymour and Flanagan replaced it at no cost. Aidan the salesman couldn’t have been easier to work with. Customer service manager Kiera was also extremely accommodating, Lydia and Fatima were very helpful, answering my thousands of questions. The entire staff was great and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them. The fabric and frame of the couch are in great shape and we have 3 large dogs that jump up and lay on the furniture. Highly recommend Raymour and Flanagan.

  I mean...it's a furniture store. The employees were very helpful however they were on me as soon as I walked in. It's a bit much but I did get the help that I needed finding what I was looking for. The selection was beautiful, the prices were not Wayfair but I'm sure you're paying for better quality, and I was able to purchase the floor model for 50% off the regular price. Worth the 40-minute drive it took me to get to this location.
