I don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s necessary. We waited an hour for wood cutting services, while employees walked by and played on their phones. In an economy where many businesses are going bankrupt, Lowe’s needs to get it together before they end up on that list as well.

The only complaint I have with this store is the Black woman who usually runs the self check out during the daytime. SHE IS RUDE AS HELL! Her attitude is so repulsive, I won't go there until after rhe first shift is over. That woman is a menace!

I don’t know how Lowe’s expects to compete with Home Depot with the customer experiences they tolerate. I came today willing to pay more for a tool because the politics are better than HD, but they refused to honor the sale price from the Lowe’s website. They said they price match HD and Amazon but not their own website. They even said if the sale is at a different Lowe’s location they won’t match it; you have to drive there. I keep giving Lowe’s another chance once in a while thinking they will have gotten their act together but every time it’s something new that goes wrong.

It's really interesting to see the mixed reviews for the customer service here. I had a great experience - the woman who greeted me as I entered was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, another staff member told me they don't actually stock the item but looked it up at Target for me! The greeter then pointed out where I should go next as it was my first time in this giant shopping area, and I was on foot. Nice welcome to Philadelphia!

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
