  The location of the storage place is beautiful! Inside the building is so clean and well built. Jay is very nice, professional & real! I loved her personality and care for customers needs and concerns. :)

  Great experience with Extra Space Storage! Jay, the facility manager, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of my belongings. She was responsive, kind, and very professional. The facility is also clean and well-managed. Highly recommend!

  I am really, really happy with my experience at this Extra Space storage. I was in an unusual situation, needing to book a unit for my job, and then separately needing to book a bigger unit for myself, dealing with a house water disaster. I knew about this location because I live nearby and I knew it was pretty new, and it’s practically sparkling! It also works out perfectly for me because it’s so convenient and the access is very seamless. But the real standout is the customer service. From the online/phone service I got in booking the first unit for my work, to the above-and-beyond service provided by Jay when I got there in person, both to deal with the admin/setup of the first unit for work, and handling some ups and downs with the unit I had to book for my own needs, Jay took care of everything with an extremely personal touch. Because of the nature of the home disaster I am dealing with, I was waiting on hopefully some funds to come though before I knew when and what I’d be able to lock in in terms of my own storage unit, and Jay kept checking with me without doing any pushy-annoying sales-type stuff. It felt more like she was working with me and just checking into see how she could be helpful. You know, there’s a million places you can book storage nowadays, and of course it matters very much that this location is new and clean and well taken care of, but at the end of the day, customer service at this level really is one of the biggest things that make a difference. Well done, folks — and many thanks to Jay!

  I am writing to share my excellent experience at this storage facility, specifically regarding the outstanding service provided by Bella. I arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing and needed a unit immediately to complete my move by the following day. Although Bella mentioned the process typically takes 30 minutes, she went above and beyond to assist me. She stayed past her scheduled time to enter my information, show me available units, and recommend the best fit for my needs. Bella was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her dedication to customer service is exceptional, and I believe she has the qualities of a great manager. Thank you for the five-star service. Bella is a credit to the team, and I wish her much continued success.
