Thank you for helping us and providing us with the help and information we needed.
- PRP RMar 15, 20263.0Be aware that your own home, or renter's insurance might be cheaper before purchasing the one that is offered by ESS. If you purchase through the insurance company they use, make sure you get the correct # to call in the even you want to cancel, or might have insurance questions other than claim questions.
- SSSamMar 9, 20262.0The facility is so clean and the staff is actually really nice if you’re struggling to pay on time but my unit went up $100 in less than a year, went up another $20, and now its going up again. This is in a span of under 2 years. I know this happens at storage units but i’ve never had one go up so much in such a short period of time. Its likely we’ll be moving on to somewhere else but its a huge pain to do that and I think thats the business - they rely on you feeling stuck and just keep raising the price. Its a predatory pricing policy
