I was able to come by for a tour before committing and was definitely impressed with the cleanliness and security of the space. I was able to evaluate different sizes storage units without feeling rushed and of course asked questions. When it came to booking, it was super easy to do online. And then Maginnis was superb!!! I booked online and they called to make sure I was good and if I had any questions.. which of course i had more. And they answered them all. They got me set up with the app via helpful links that made accessing the facility so easy. When it came to move in time, I had my app ready to go and was able access the facility and move-in to my storage locker efficiently. Maginnis was also super helpful in remedying my user error when booking online, with so much patience and friendliness. I truly appreciate them. It’s so amazing to have a clean, friendly, and polite neighborhood storage unit in South Philly. I would highly recommend this place ! Bonus stars for Maginnis. They deserve a bonus !
