  Just moved and was looking for some new furniture John was very friendly and really helpful throughout the entire process without making us feel rushed. Great service would definitely recommend and ask for John!!

  Came in to look for a couch and worked with John. Ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and John made the purchase process so easy. He was friendly and attentive and it only took about 10 minutes to order my couch and set a delivery date. Great experience!

  We recently had a warranty claim on our sleeper sofa at Raymour & Flanigan, and Charlize truly went above and beyond to help us. She assisted us through the entire claims process and then helped us choose a new sleeper sofa to replace it. Charlize was kind, attentive, and extremely patient while guiding us through everything. She made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and smooth. Her professionalism and dedication to making sure the customer is happy really stood out. I highly recommend working with Charlize if you visit Raymour & Flanigan. She genuinely cares about helping customers and providing great service.

  I purchased a mattress on Monday evening and scheduled delivery for Saturday. The following day, I received a call stating Saturday delivery was no longer possible and was asked if Friday would work. I agreed, provided delivery occurred after 3:00 PM, and was told this would not be an issue. Friday evening arrived with no delivery. I was informed that the delivery crew was working until 10:00 PM and that the mattress would still be delivered that night, which did not happen. On Saturday, after reaching out multiple times for updates, I was finally told around 4:00 PM that I was the third delivery of the day. Once again, no mattress was delivered. This experience reflects extremely poor service, and I will be canceling my order today.
