Lowe's is always good to me. I'm in so much I know where to find stuff. If I don't the staff can point me in the right direction.

I don’t know why the employee at self checkout thinks it’s okay to kick peoples bins closed instead of bending over to close it. That is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you have to check the bin fine but do not just treat my stuff however. That old man was too old not to know better!

Besides that one rude individual I only came for one of two items.. Bringing something to someone attention didn't even need the attitude

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your 50th street, West Philadelphia location, which I found disappointing and frustrating. While the store is conveniently located and impressively sized, the customer service I encountered did not meet expectations. I asked several employees where the snow salt was located, and each one simply directed me outside without any guidance or assistance. I asked four different employees, hoping for help, but received the same unhelpful response each time. While I understand the store’s size may present challenges, this does not excuse a lack of support or attentiveness toward customers. As a loyal shopper who values good service, this experience left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. I hope this feedback can be used to improve staff training and ensure that employees provide the helpful and courteous service that Lowe’s is known for.

😠 Unacceptable First Rental Experience at Lowe's: Damaged Equipment and Appalling Customer Service My initial rental experience with Lowe's was a complete failure. I rented a floor sander, but one of the four rollers was severely damaged, rendering the equipment functionally defective. This forced me to perform incorrect and significantly harder work, wasting both my time and effort. Upon returning the damaged sander, the store staff immediately shirked responsibility, directing me to the "service center." The subsequent attempt to resolve this was an absolute ordeal: A prolonged call to the service center resulted only in them redirecting me back to the unresponsive store. After holding for 30 minutes, someone finally answered, immediately punched in numbers, and hung up on me. This cascade of errors—from supplying defective equipment to a deliberate refusal to offer support—suggests a system designed to ignore customer issues. I demand to know: Does Lowe's have a legitimate process for resolving problems, or is this the company's method for dismissing legitimate complaints? I expect a prompt and appropriate resolution for the time and quality of work I lost.
