My name is Linda Head Cashier cashier trainer bookkeeping as a coach. I’m outstanding. I will take care all customers help with the employees management I have done it all if a customer had a problem self check out or any where in the store. My job is to take care the customer. It the item was on the shelf for $79.99 and the price come up as $89.99 not a problem , sir I will take care of that Are there anything else I can help you with the customer satisfied he thanked me and he asked me my name. I said cashier Linda I asked him could he do me a favor? I circled the bottom of the receipt ask him go online and do a survey and I will appreciate it. Thank you. Anytime I’m here five days a week. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
