I had gone here for their workshop to make a sleigh. If you have littles it is a fun and engaging experience that free. They had "Santa" come around and give candy canes it was a fun experience

Horrible experience with ordering and installing a storm door and the worst customer service you can imagine. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Strike 1 - the installer missed the 1st appointment because they were overbooked. Strike 2 - when the installer came the following week they were missing a piece that was required for the installation. Someone from the store called to apologize, but had no info on when the part could be ordered and the door installed. Said someone would call me in two days with an update. Strike 3 - no one called, I had to call them three days later. They apologized again and said someone would call the next day. Strike 4 - someone did call, but still couldn't tell me whether the part was available, if it was ordered or when it would arrive. Said someone would call with another update. Strike 5 - no one called, they just refunded my money. When I called again no one could tell me why the money was refunded. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for an hour. The associate said a manager tried to call but my voicemail was full. Complete lie, I had no missed calls from them. I asked to file formal complaint and was put on hold then transferred to someone who had absolutely no info on my issue. I angrily recounted the story and gave her a lengthy complaint which she said she would document. I asked her to read back my complaint, mostly just to confirm that she actually wrote it down. She put me on hold for another 10mins. She came back and the line "mysteriously" cut and I was back in the phone tree queue where I started. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again. I will pay $45 for a box of 5 screws before I call or set for in that store again.
