I had to wait over 30 minutes, and since I had other things to do, I was forced to leave without buying any dishwasher. I’m honestly shocked by how terrible the service was.

I picked a Samsung dishwasher and stood there for more than half an hour waiting for someone to bring it out. I never got it. I have never seen such terrible, crappy customer service anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there or buy anything from that place. The salespeople don’t pay any attention at all. Nothing. It’s like water off a duck’s back to them. I’ve never seen such an indifferent attitude toward a customer anywhere. This is the worst Lowe’s ever.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
