Don't have to wade through stacks of lumber to find some straight pieces not bowed. Pricing is competitive and has a top notch clearance isle that could be the best ive seen in a home improvement store with a vast variety of products discounted!
- NONitza OrtizMar 10, 20261.0This Lowes store give you the runaround when you need to turned a brand new stove that came defective. The Samsung stove oven doesn’t work. Called in the service on the second day of purchase. They told me to call the manufacturer because we have a 1 warranty. The technician came to service the stove and said that he would need to order a board and a motor for this brand new stove. Since we call 2days from receiving the stove We are entitled to exchange or return it. Lowe’s on the 3800 Aramingo Ave is giving us all different phone numbers to call and no one wants to handle the matter at Lowe’s. Be advised when to buy your appliances at Lowe’s. The Samsung stove cost $1,299 is not cheap. No one wants to help.

They told MY BLACL friend that he couldn't return a door that wasn't even open without it being a hassle, but THE WHITE man behind me was able to do the same thing no issues no hassles nothing. Then they lied to him and told him the door wasn't in stock not knowing that his partner was looking at the door area AND THE DOOR WAS IN STOCK.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
