  We had a wonderful experience at the Center City Lovesac showroom. We spent over an hour in the store. Sharen was our primary person in the store, and she was so kind, patient, and eager to help us. She helped us create a design for a starter couch that can grow with us. After spending time in the showroom, we went back and forth with Sharen, Oscar, and Fauzi at least 15 times via text exploring different configurations and fabric options. They were always prompt, responsive, and helpful. We also loved that they don’t work on commission — it truly felt like they cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. Cannot recommend a visit to the showroom enough!

  Great Product, Frustrating Delivery Experience We’re very happy with the quality of our Lovesac couch — it’s a beautiful, high-end piece that feels well-built and comfortable. We were only able to afford it thanks to a Labor Day sale, but the product itself absolutely meets expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a nightmare. When we purchased, we were told to expect delivery within 1–2 weeks. Excited, we fast-tracked painting and prepping our living room, even paying extra to get our contractor in on short notice to be ready for the couch’s arrival. The 1–2 week window worked perfectly with our upcoming travel plans in late September and October. Instead, the couch arrived five weeks later — right in the middle of our trip. Because of the delay and lack of communication, we had to pay our contractor for two additional days to be at our house while the packages were delivered over multiple days. We reached out to Lovesac twice for updates but received no clear answers until tracking information appeared unexpectedly the day before delivery. To make matters worse, the shipment came from a nearby Pennsylvania warehouse, which makes the long delay even more confusing. In the end, we love the product but wouldn’t recommend the delivery experience. For such an expensive purchase, the lack of communication and transparency made what should have been an exciting experience extremely stressful. I’d suggest improving communication and transparency around shipping and delivery timelines. If delays occur, proactive updates and clear explanations would go a long way toward managing expectations. We would’ve appreciated more consistent tracking information and notice about changes to our delivery window.

  Once you sink into one of their beanbag chairs, you’ll never want to get up. The store is bright and inviting, and the staff is always happy to help you find your perfect fit.

  Oscar & Ben from Walnut Street were great to work with. I was able to get a bigger couch than I originally thought. Oscar gave us a match of deep and standard size, storage components, and even bedding options. At first building it might seem daunting, but if you lay out your boxes and configuration and stay organized it’s easier than any other box store furniture I’ve built. Whether you live in the city, burbs, or country, the modular option allows you to go as big or small as you want. I’ve had a lot of couches in my life, but I think I’ve found my forever couch!
