I arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing and needed a unit immediately to complete my move by the following day. Although Bella mentioned the process typically takes 30 minutes, she went above and beyond to assist me. She stayed past her scheduled time to enter my information, show me available units, and recommend the best fit for my needs. Bella was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her dedication to customer service is exceptional, and I believe she has the qualities of a great manager. Thank you for the five-star service. Bella is a credit to the team, and I wish her much continued success.
