Management and staff have always been helpful and friendly. This time I rented two units. I emptied out the larger unit the day after my contract renewed, but Jose took care of it so that I wasn't charged for the day. When I rented the smaller unit, I paid for a month before I could even move in, and Kyle kept in touch with me to make sure all was well. Both Kyle and Jose have shown superior customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and stable storage service. Well worth the investment.

He really went out of his way to offer me comfortable financial options so I wouldn’t fall behind in payments. PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE! He was Kind, concerned, Empathetic and you can tell that he Genuinely care for his customers. The Staff is Great. The facility was clean. No Rodents etc. I highly recommend The Fountain Street Location!
