- MCMontana CouserDec 3, 20252.0I got a notice in the mail that my units monthly price is increasing. I got this unit in August and now in December the price is increasing from $185 to $270. That’s absolutely ridiculous. When I called to secure this unit in the summer I was not notified that this would be a promotional price I would be getting or that the unit would be increasing by $85 in just a few months. There is a lack of transparency here and I’m not pleased. I moved my items in the last week of August and I told the woman I spoke to that I didn’t need the unit August 7 despite that being the date I contacted the office. So I’m not happy that even in the beginning of this process I was essentially being charged for a month I was not using. When I called back to try to cancel or move the date back a man that was a manager told me he’d give me free moving boxes when I move my things out. I’m trying to figure out how that’s helpful or how he’d even remember me. Work on transparency with customers. Feel free to contact me when you see this post. I’ve called and didn’t receive a response but there’s no way I’ll be paying an additional $85 a month and I haven’t even been in here a full year.
