  So i want to give 2 separate reviews. Since i cant ill just say 4 stars. The gentlemen who helped me book the space did not twll me there was a huge pole in the middle of my room lessening my space. He also told me the room was open from 8am-7pm giving me the impression i could bring my storage stuff as late as 7pm which is incorrect. However the young lady who was at the actual office in the storage space was wonderful. She allowed us to come in and drop off stuff even though the store was actually closed. She was very courteous and helpful and im very thankf for her kindness. If i could not deliver my stuff yesterday i would have been stuck as i hired movers and it was just for the 1 day. So for her id give 10 stars if i could. Thank you ms patricia on paschall ave you are wonderful!! To the rest of the company id give 2 stars

  My brother needed a storage unit for his belongings while he is on break and we booked Easy Storage in University City upon searching for the best value. We flew in from CA to move everything from his apt to storage and have been struggling to adjust to the extreme temperature drop. Despite the frigid cold and snow, we were warmed by Patricia’s welcoming demeanor. She greeted us with a big smile and walked us through the booking process. Once booking was complete, we went out to have lunch before unloading our van. When we returned, Tempest (the assistant manager) was there to guide us with the move. She was efficient and made sure our move in would go smoothly. But as with all moves, a problem arose. Our moving van was stuck in the snow. It was our first time driving a van and in the snow so we had no idea how to get out of this hurdle. We called for help and a team member quickly came to help. We shoveled and shoveled but the van was stuck. Then Tempest came to our rescue. She was out in the cold with us until our van was out. This is what makes a good experience into an excellent one. We felt so blessed to have met such a wonderful team to help us during this process which could have otherwise been stressful. A huge shoutout to Tempest and her team for going beyond to make our experience with Easy Storage 5 star. Thank you!

  These guys really came through for us after a house fire. The storage is good, safe, and clean with easy access. Patricia at the front desk was especially sweet with working with us and getting us all situated, even letting our moving guys stay a little later than expected to get their jobs done. I would recommend this place ANYTIME for ANYONE.
