- ACAK ChambersDec 9, 20252.0I find it hard to believe all these 5 star reviews are real. My experience has been average at best after 2 years with this unit. The biggest issue is the 100% predatory pricing. I did not sign up with a promo code and within 4 months, my price went up 50%. Six months after that, it went up again, and a year later again. The price has tripled with no change in what I'm getting. On top of that, the parking is limited and there is a good distance from the lot to many units. The average person couldn't carry something heavy from their car to the unit alone, and it's hit or miss getting a cart. I've never been there when the elevators have been working properly. The people in the office and on the phone are friendly enough but their hands are tied by corporate for most issues. We are moving, and the first thing we scheduled was getting our stuff out of here so we don't have to deal with Extra Space any more.
