Was told I should have received a “post card” in the mail noting price increase… I get electronic statements… and that it happens to everyone but if I wait 48 hours they can negotiate rate back down… what about the 256$ taken from Me… apparently lease states a possibility of charge increase - would not expect that in 3 months it would go up 64%. Trying to move belongings out of storage before we have a new home is also a huge financial burden. Never imagined such a well known large company would take advantage of customers like this.
