This store will try to get over on you on the regular, there are some employees like April that are good and will help and others that will completly screw you. I had a lease for a yr and a half never missed a payment, always in good standing and out of nowhere my bill goes up, also my protection plan was taken off as well, all with no explanation. I called the store to have this taken care of and also ask why this was done, after 3 days of going back and forth with no answers, I've finally got somebody on the phone from the store, she told me that she put me back into the protection plan, I said thank you and we hung up. I went onto the Aaron's app and low and behold I was not put back into the protection plan I was lied too. I called back and asked why I was lied too, thank God a woman named April answer the phone, she handled the entire situation for me super professionally, got me back into the protection plan and solved the entire issue. Trust me if you have any issues she's the one you want to help you other than her you're kind of screwed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Aaron’s. I ordered a couch with an estimated delivery date of 12/2, I still do not have my furniture.
After the delivery date passed, I called the store three separate times to get an update.
First call (two days after 12/2): I was told the couch was already at the store and on the truck.
Second call (about a week later): I was given a delivery date of 12/17, with a delivery window of 3–4 PM, and was told I would receive a return call the day before or the day of delivery. I took time off from work to be home for the delivery, but no call ever came.
Third call: Was on the delivery day. I was then told the delivery date had been pushed back, with no notification provided to me. Lady said she would call back in an hour. The hour been past and the store is now close
What’s most frustrating is that I was told the couch has been at the store since 12/2, yet no one has been able to deliver it or communicate honestly about the delay.
I am hosting my annual holiday family gathering and now have no couch, and I am no longer available after 12/17. At this point, I am beyond frustrated and considering canceling my order.
This experience has been inconvenient. Aarons South Philly location.

They will lie all day everyday about delivery. Saying it's on the truck, paperwork won't print, truck was in an accident. I confirmed in advance, took off work to be home, and at 6 pm got the run around and the lies. Thank you for ruining my 1st Christmas in Philly with family coming in from out of state. So embarrassing.

The bed was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of November. Today is Friday, and there is still no sign of the bed. I contacted the store, and they assured me it would arrive first thing in the morning. However, the bed has not yet been received. I am extremely disappointed with this service from the South Philadelphia Aaron store. It is now 8:15 when I'm writing this review South Philly Aaron store has wasted 3 days of my life.
Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
