And please make sure your customers are aware of this. I'm now stuck making other arrangements. Thank you for selling me 3 cases of fluorescent bulbs (36 tubes in total) and no longer accepting the old ones. Also, this location needs to be better about answering the phone. The first time I called I was transferred to the wrong department by their AI answering service and eventually hung up on by the associate who answered the phone. I guess they don't know how to transfer a call between departments. The second time I called I was sent to the right place by the AI, but no one picked up the phone for 5 minutes and 43 seconds after the AI transferred me. Please step it up.
