Had dryer delivered and turned on before delivery people left n bearrings were shot. Got a replacement scheduled asked for 2-6 pm delivery as had to work til 12pm doesnt these people show up 8:50am no call as request a co.plete nightmare. Oh, forgot about when you call no human answers AI does and does not underztand what customer is asking for as finally got someone to talk to and complete incompetance no help as is bad as AI was. RUNNNNN

We bought a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and range at Lowe’s. Which for all the items It was a decent price but still cost thousands. We did order delivery, install, and haul away. They delivered and the delivery guys didn’t install anything and didn’t speak English so they literally just left. I had to call someone at Lowe’s to reschedule the service (which the second delivery team was great). There was some issues with installing the dishwasher that then required a plumber in which the plumber ended up installing the new appliance to not leave water turned off for days, but then Lowe’s needed to come back for the haul away portion. Despite calling them 3 times to schedule, I didn’t get a call back to schedule and the final lady said that I can’t get haul away because Lowe’s didn’t install the dishwasher despite me paying for this service. So now I have an old dishwasher sitting in my house with no way to transport It or dispose of It…
Also when I ordered all these appliances I was told I have a Lowe’s rewards account since my name popped up but I didn’t get any of the points because It was an old version of the Lowe’s account and I needed to sign up for the revised version last year.
Also our fridge had a dent in It, which they offered to deliver a new one but like this whole process has been a headache I was scared to say yes and just took the slight discount.
I like this Lowe’s location to do a quick grab but any big project stay away. Lowe’s overall installation team in office/over the phone and in the field is not good. Pay more at a good appliance store and actually get them to do the job rather than calling 15x and arguing to get something done that you paid for.
Lowe’s is a scam.

Wanted to let everyone know I met Jeff the fork lift loader at Lowe’s in Oaks, PA today! He was so nice , so helpful as well as kind and personable. I had so many questions about appliances (especially dishwashers) and needed someone’s assistance and attention. He went out of his way to greet me, stop what he was doing and assist me with my inquiries and concerns. If it weren’t for Jeff, I wouldn’t have accomplished all my tasks in time. Thank you Jeff! It’s really hard to find good customer service these days and I just wanted to express my gratitude to him. He’s an excellent employee and a caring soul. Please recognize him for employee of the month. He’s a true asset to your company and organization. I’m always shopping at Lowe’s now just because of Jeff.

Had an order arrive completely wrong, then dealt with a young kid on the phone to try to fix it… after being talked to rude, finally got an actual manager/adult on the phone. Manager Jeff stepped up above and beyond to get me my order fixed and redelivered that same night👍🏻

Generally they have what I need and things are easy to find. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Now I do have to say they fell short on their stock of snow supplies. Big storm coming 1/25, it's been predicted for a full week, and yet no normal salt or ice melt, and more importantly no shovels. They had pool salt for the 2 days before so that's something, but it's basically powder and a real pain. The shovels are way more important though because all cities will fine you for not shoveling.
