    I’ve easily given this place over 10 grand in the past 10 years, but when I brought back an item with my receipt, the woman at the counter refused to give me a refund because I didn’t have the little plastic bag that it came in. When I pointed out that’s a little ridiculous, she said it was common sense. I’m gonna use my common sense and go to Amazon from now on- they have everything cheaper and better quality, plus no-hassle returns.

    Listed as a fluorescent bulb recycling location on multiple sites, including Google, but seems to no longer participate in that program. Please update this. And please make sure your customers are aware of this. I'm now stuck making other arrangements. Thank you for selling me 3 cases of fluorescent bulbs (36 tubes in total) and no longer accepting the old ones. Also, this location needs to be better about answering the phone. The first time I called I was transferred to the wrong department by their AI answering service and eventually hung up on by the associate who answered the phone. I guess they don't know how to transfer a call between departments. The second time I called I was sent to the right place by the AI, but no one picked up the phone for 5 minutes and 43 seconds after the AI transferred me. Please step it up.

    Their holiday decorations are beautiful. My son loves going there to look at their Halloween and Christmas decorations. But I'm very disappointed with their appliances. We bought an LG dishwasher 2 years ago and it's already having problems. It's making scary sounds but it is supposed to be a super quiet dishwasher. I called Lowe's and was simply told to call the manufacturer and that there's nothing they can do. At least 2 years ago when our other dishwasher failed, Best Buy sent someone out to diagnose the issue and provide more service if we had chosen to repair it. A $900 dishwasher should not fail in 2 years.

    IT'S A GREAT LOCATION!!! I spoke to several staff members while I was there and not one was rude or seem irritated that I needed to ask a question. If they didnt know, they at least told me who could help me. In fact, 3 of the 4 associates I spoke to were incredibly helpful. Great selection and yes, the layout and aisle numbering can be a bit confusing but they are all this way lol. (I think it's rule #1 for home improvement stores) I would 100% recommend this location and I am brutally honest with reviews, because they help others make the best decision for themselves. The bad reviews lean more toward manufacturer issues, rather than Lowes itself so take those with a grain of salt. Stop in and decide for yourself. I had no issues.
