After maybe 3 months it increased to $320 and I was told we can reduce it back down to your original rate but the new amount slipped in has to be paid first. Scam! They said they mailed communication, yet they have an app and other notifications that are texted but this one was not. Then they said your past due by 6 days so no gate access which forces you to pay the new scam amount. I'll certainly have my lawyer review the terms and conditions fine print to see if this is something that can be addressed.
