  I have used this company for over a year now, first for one rental property and now a second one. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice the day before a family moved in, and provided mold remediation as well as spraying for a very foul odor in the basement, along with the inspection and treatment for mice and other critters. I highly recommend them. Update: I have continued using this company for several years now and remain highly satisfied with their work. They are very responsive to get me on the schedule quickly, and are flexible in accommodating the needs of my tenants.
