I hit the emergency button and it said it was disabled. I’m thankful for the Newtown Police and Fire Department for rescuing me from said elevator. As you can imagine, I will no longer be using the elevator and the only ground floor unit is much larger than what we need and three times the price. I’ve been offered to pay for the ground unit as it is all that is available or continue to store my items on the third floor. Needless to say we will be moving our items from this storage facility into another one as I refuse to utilize the elevator ever again.
