  Nate and Mike set me up with a new oven. They were extremely professional. On time, courteous and careful when moving the old oven out and the new one in. They worked efficiently and explained everything fully. I really appreciated their help.

  Fantastic service department! When our dishwasher was having an issue, Candy was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Austin came out and swiftly diagnosed what was going on and Heather got us scheduled shortly after, once the new part came in. Within a matter of a few days, our dishwasher is back to running good as new! Highly recommend!

  We contacted JB Zimmerman's Service Dept. because our refrigerator's freezer was puddling water onto the floor. Austin came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged water line. (We were grateful he didn't run screaming from the house when he first looked inside our overstuffed freezer.) He fixed the issue in no time. (Pleased with his professionalism and courteous demeanor, we suggested that he take the rest of the day off. Because it was only 8am, he thanked us but said that wouldn't be possible.)
