    Lowe's Home Improvement your customer services line sucks. Tried to place an order with gift cards and a credit card. The transaction did not go thur with the card and the rep stated I should try to place the order online. We hung up and when I went to place the order the gift card balance was gone. I called back and they said I wont get my balance for 2 days. I have a contractor coming out to put up my fence the items wont be at the store in time if its not placed today. But I have to wait 2 business days to get back money you took from me without providing a product. Now im out 500 for the fence build and have to hire him again at a later date if I dont get the money on the gift cards today. Ive spoken to a total of 3 customer service reps and one supervisor. The first one refused to get me to a supervisor, the second one couldnt help me and did get a supervisor on the line but the supervisor was rude, talked down to me, insisted a gift card thru lowes is not the same as cash and refused to accept that she failed her people as a supervisor for not training them that a Lowes gift card would be useless once they tried to process a transaction and if they would have. I would have paid for the order by ordering another gift card off Amazon to pay the remaining balance. Yea your system denied the credit card but Amazon accepted it because the money was there so it was something wrong on your system. The last person was the only person that even attempted to assist and emailed IT. Its bad when a supervisor blows you off but an employee takes the initiative to actually solve the problem. So now I am waiting for you to send back the money on my gift card that you stole so I can place the order and re hire the contractor and pay him another 500 to come install my fence. All because your team sucks. We are now up to 72 hours and I still dont have my money back on the cards

    The very friendly female cashier with black hair had helped me to find some decorative hooks to hang stuff up. They look so very cute and whimsical and I am very thankful that she was there to help!
