Lowe’s customer service is horrible. I bought a new clothes dryer yesterday and I was told I would receive a call or text about delivery time. I got a text alright that sent me to a web page that I had to got to 3 different times only to find nothing about my delivery. I had to register for all kinds of A I garbage only to get a time frame of between 8am and 8pm for my delivery. I am done with Lowe’s this will be my last purchase with Lowe’s. How does Lowe’s expect a working family to be there for a delivery when they give a 12 hour window for delivery?

Ok so I called Lowe's to get 3 snow sleds. And then couple minutes past i got there and then they said that section and then my bestfriend ask a girl that works there and then she was helping us out find then we couldn't find them for like 5 to 10 minutes just searching for them but she had a phone and I think she was asking someone where they could be but they were in front of the store my bestfriend and my brother went went to look at them there selfs and then they found themselves.

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s thanks to an amazing team. Manager Lino runs a great store and you can really feel it in the customer service. He personally walked me through different departments and answered the million questions I had. He was definitely genuine and I never felt that I was being misinformed or misguided.
William in Appliances was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and transparent while helping me choose a range, dishwasher, and refrigerator—no pressure, just honest guidance.
Maggie in Flooring was equally fantastic. She helped me with luxury vinyl plank and porcelain tile and even scheduled a free in-home measurement, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this Lowe's location and will continue to conduct business there!

This lowes has a super nice and friendly staff. The store was also very clean. Management keep it up at this store, make those employees happy.
The only negative maybe is to just work on some of your pricing seems high compared to others.
