    Obnoxious kid working shelf checkout needs to relax, we understand unfortunately shelf checkouts are going cashless due to pennys but dude relax.. Window installation kits are junk plastic just tears

    I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s and their delivery service. Today, a refrigerator delivery was scheduled for my 88-year-old mother’s home. This delivery was important because she has been forced to go up and down steps while waiting for this appliance, which is unsafe for someone her age. We have two phone numbers on file. The delivery team claimed they called my cell phone, yet there is no missed call or record in my call log, and they didn’t even attempt to call the second number. Even worse, instead of knocking on the door, they sat in the truck outside the house for about 15 minutes and then left without making any real effort to complete the delivery. We had cash tips ready for each delivery driver, but instead we were left with no fridge and no explanation. This means an 88-year-old woman is still being forced to use stairs, risking a serious fall or injury. When we contacted the store, the manager openly admitted that drivers don’t always knock on the door and sometimes just check boxes and leave so they can get paid. That is incredibly concerning and unacceptable. It’s sad when management acknowledges this behavior instead of fixing it. Because of this experience, Lowe’s has lost my business permanently. I’ll be taking all future purchases to Home Depot, where customer safety and basic responsibility are actually taken seriously. Do better, Lowe’s. This was careless, lazy, and dangerous.

    Please stop making such a big deal when someone tries to return something without a receipt. It's not like you're giving me free cash because with your gift card I still have to buy merchandise from your store and you have a new product to sell that I just gave you in return. I've been noticing over the past two years Lowe's becoming very pathetic when it comes to returning things without a receipt. Is it so hard to give someone a gift card? I never seem to deal with this whenever I buy stuff at home depot so I guess they will be my future go to store. It looks like your woke culture has basically destroyed.What was once a great company. Good job!

    Today I went into the New Castle Lowes looking to purchase a generator. Most likely a Generac, automatic kick on, with installation, for the home. Not a small purchase. My mother is on a ventilator, and requires this in case of power outage. I asked an associate on the floor, to call for help... No one came. After waiting 10 or more minutes, another associate asked if I needed help . Another 10 minutes passed.. long story short after nearly half an hour waiting, I said let's go. The associate who was near said, with agitation, "Well, I can unlock the cases, if that's all you need" I'm sorry, what I NEEDED was someone with experience to guide me through choosing a proper sized generator for our needs, and arrange installation. Lowes, your lazy associates, cost you a sale which would probably be in the 15k-20k range.. I'll go to home depot, I'm not begging you to take my money.
