I was trying to buy a pet vacuum and went to grab one the second I put a hand on it an alarm went off and then like 1,000 more did too. We waited for help while dozens of employees just walked past me starring at me. We got no help and left.

Attempted to pick up a curbside order and sat for over 20 mins. When I called go let them know I had been sitting there and had to leave the customer service rep got an attitude with me and didn't even apologize. I would understand if I went when it was busy but it was 730 am. I went before work for a reason. If you can't offer it that early, fine, but it was 3 items thst were supposably ready.
usually I just go in but since it was concrete mix and rocks and I was dressed for work it was easier to do curbside. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

I came into new castle lowes today because I spent over 3000 at lowes in boardman and it was such a fiasco that I will never go in there for a major purchase again although their employees are friendly and helpful.
New Castle lowes on the other hand not so much. I went in today Sept 30th at 930 am looking to purchase a new kitchen sink and faucet. Walked through garden entrance and across the front. An older gentleman using a cane asked if I needed anything and I told him I was looking for a cart which he offered to go get me. I told him not to ill grab one if I needed one. I spent 30 mins in the store which was dead and not a single person acknowledged me, greeted me, asked if I needed help, nothing. After 10 mins I decided to keep track and by the time I left I was within feet of 11 people, none who were with a customer who completely ignored me. I also seen 3 people walking the store, with 1 doing all the talking so I am assuming it was a district manager walking with store manager and an assistant...yeah seen them twice and nothing.
17 years I worked for home depot and we had it pounded into our heads to meet and greet every customer. Help them or get someone who could help them. I worked and managed kitchen and bath and plumbing for years, I forgot more than they know but its the very idea not a single person aside from the older man up front said anything to me. Come on lowes do better. As soon as I pay off my tractor I purchased with 36 month financing in June and use up my credit card im done.
As much as I dislike boardman store for the run around they gave me after giving them 3000 dollars they still understand what customer service is
