  Chris Vincent did an outstanding job helping me purchase a refrigerator after mine unexpectedly broke in the middle of the summer. From start to finish, he took care of everything and was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He really listened to my needs, understood my budget, and stayed within it—never once trying to push higher-priced models or unnecessary add-ons. Chris was professional, easy to work with, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The experience was stress-free during what could have been a very frustrating situation. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for appliances.

  Amazing service! Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working and we needed a new one as soon as possible. We had poor experiences at nearby big box stores with either lack of service, lack of knowledge, or pushy salespeople. We not only were stressed but now annoyed at the difficulty of finding a replacement. Grand Central popped up for nearby local stores for major appliances and we gave it a shot. Chris, the salesperson, helped find a replacement refrigerator that was not only an upgrade but also fit exactly in the budget. Didn't push for more then we needed and showed us available options that could be delivered next day. He advised us of features, quality, and what to expect with each of the available options. Felt like a brochure instead of an annoying ad that you just want to skip to the end. Made the entire process of purchasing a breeze. The delivery technicians were prompt the next day, courteous, and professional. The delivery technicians not only gave us a quick review of our new refrigerator, but also ensured it was working before leaving. Not the simple drop it, plug it in, and leave. Overall a stress free process from beginning to end. Type of service you need when you have a major appliance fail. I highly recommend this location and it is now our go-to for major purchases.
