  Highly recommend Bill at Grand Central, he goes above and beyond to help you find the *perfect* furniture/appliance, including custom orders!!!🙌So pleased!! He was also our salesman when it was Homestead Furniture. He’s a kind person who does not pressure you into making a purchase. Bill is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Overall we’ve had great service and furniture from Grand Central in Nescopeck.

  Customer service was great! They took their time and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were great also. We are very satisfied with our choice of furniture. We will definitely be back again.

  Amazing service! Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working and we needed a new one as soon as possible. We had poor experiences at nearby big box stores with either lack of service, lack of knowledge, or pushy salespeople. We not only were stressed but now annoyed at the difficulty of finding a replacement. Grand Central popped up for nearby local stores for major appliances and we gave it a shot. Chris, the salesperson, helped find a replacement refrigerator that was not only an upgrade but also fit exactly in the budget. Didn't push for more then we needed and showed us available options that could be delivered next day. He advised us of features, quality, and what to expect with each of the available options. Felt like a brochure instead of an annoying ad that you just want to skip to the end. Made the entire process of purchasing a breeze. The delivery technicians were prompt the next day, courteous, and professional. The delivery technicians not only gave us a quick review of our new refrigerator, but also ensured it was working before leaving. Not the simple drop it, plug it in, and leave. Overall a stress free process from beginning to end. Type of service you need when you have a major appliance fail. I highly recommend this location and it is now our go-to for major purchases.

  Bill at the Nescopeck location is the most knowledgeable sales associate and helped us get exactly what we needed at the best price around. Our appliances came in quickly and delivery was great! We won't go anywhere else.

  Would give zero stars if i could. When we took delivery on the bed, we only got half of the items we ordered. We were told the 40 dollar mattress covers were on back order. The delivery guy forgot the other remote for the adjustible base. The salesperson got the other one to us in a timely manner. They also told us the base wont slide around on the floor and that was wrong. Meanwhile i woke up this morning and the mattress was about ready to fall off the base. For 6000 dollars I expected better. Wont buy anything else from this dump
