  I did not enjoy experience. no one to help and it was supposed to be buy 2 get one free and it didnt ring up that price.

  Convenient, the key works well. Most likely that I will never use this machine again. Way too expensive. At the local hardware store I can get 3 keys for the same price. Also the machine asked too many questions

  4/9/25--still nothing. Spoke to about 8 different people today all promising someone will call me back in 10 minutes...except the last guy who said probably no one is calling me because they are not working due to Passover (which hasn't started yet) but he guessed someone would call me by Friday. This is a crazy way to do business. I'm sure most of the time their service is successful and customers are satisfied, but how they are responding to this issue is shameful. $175 is a lot to pay someone and get nothing out of it. 4/8/25 -- still no reply. Called several phone numbers only to have them still say "stay by your phone, someone will be calling" "I'll make sure they call you TODAY". Owner: can you help. Just looking for a refund. We aren't talking about $10...we are talking $175.00...that's enough to create a hardship financially for the month. *** update 4/7/25 -- still no resolution. We followed the suggestion that an owner said in his response to this google review but nothing has happened. Please help!*** One star for now. Hoping to get the attention of someone who will actually help. My niece in Brackenridge had a locksmith come out on Sunday. She needed a new key fob. She paid close to $200. The technician responded quickly. The new key fob started the car when he tested it. Shortly after he left, the key fob is unlocking and locking the door but will not start the car. She has called many times over the last 24 hrs and the customer service keeps saying the technician will call her. He has not. A manager called her to say the tech would be calling. He has not. This is her only vehicle and of course needs it to get to work. The customer service started either not answering her call, "disconnecting" her call or answering but not saying anything. I called for her since they wouldn't know my number and the lady seemed very sincere when she said she would have the tech call. That was 3 1/2 hours ago. Still no phone call. **update** - someone replied on here to the google review. We had already did the "contact us" on the website. Someone did email her this morning asking for more info. She provided the info but hasn't heard anything further. She had really no choice other than to call a different company as she needs her vehicle (she has been paying someone to take her to work). So in addition to the $200 she paid to KeyMe, she paid another $380 today to the other company...The other company explained that 2 keys are needed to be programmed to the vehicle in order for a key to work. The previous tech erased all programmed keys and set up the one and he said bunch of other things that I know nothing about (and Keyme tech likely knew this would be the situation which is why he isn't calling back). At this point the only thing she needs from KeyMe is a full refund of the payment she made to KeyMe on Sunday....we'll see what happens.

  It was a little awkward since I never tried using one of these before. I was skeptical that they would work but both keys worked perfectly. Almost a little bit better than the first copy I had made.
