Done spending thousands at stores that care nothing of their customers and offer zero customer service. Lowe’s is off the list in our household.

Been a loyal Lowes customer for all those 40 years and have spent many hundreds of thousands of dollars between my landscape business and my rental properties in New Hampshire , Florida and now Pittsburgh. Yesterday, I go down to Lowes on the waterfront to buy 10 sections of stockade fence. They have piles right outside where I could easily load them directly onto my trailer. So I go in and ask if I could pay for them and load them up and they say no. So I asked for the Manager. Manager says sorry you have to walk from the garden centre all the way down to lumber get the proper cart come all the way back to the garden centre load up your 10 sections of fence and then pull it all the way through the store to the registers and then when you exit pull it all the way back down to your trailer, which is parked at the garden centre! I’m 70 years old! Now this would take two carts at minimum probably three because it can’t be a flat bed since you would never be able to pull that through the aisles in the store. So I left and I drove to Home Depot , pulled my trailer up to their outside pile of fencing , loaded it on my trailer , walked in the store paid for the fence and went on my way to the job site. That’s over $1000 that Lowes lost because they couldn’t be a little flexible for a 70-year-old man who has a Pro account at Lowes and has been a loyal customer for over 40 years. Pathetic.
