He took the time and patience, to explain, and allow him to try each lift chair. He made it affordable so that he could remain independent. They are delivering it the next day, he made sure there was room in the schedule, knowing the importance of this. He treated us like we were one of his own family and nothing less. We were not a number there. If I could give them 100 stars, they would get it. Thank you Mr. Shimock and staff for helping us when we needed it the most.
