If you're going to have self checkout then at least have someone who knows what they are doing & have that person be responsible enough to approve markdowns on items that do not register correctly in the system. We had an employee calling multiple times for a manager who didn't answer & I finally got sick of waiting & went to customer service asking them to get a manager. Another couple was waiting to have the same merchandise we were purchasing marked at the correct price. 10 minutes or so later a manager finally showed up. Unbelievable that you have multiple employees walking around doing nothing & not a single one is qualified to help find a manager or approve a markdown

Pretty much just like every other lowes you go to, laid out different than most I've been to, but they REALLY NEED TO UPDATE THE APP TO FIND PRODUCTS IN THIS STORE! The app told me what i was looking for was in aisle 1... it was in aisle 20!?! And the 2 stacks of drywall they had in aisle 20, made me a bit confused, they had maybe 20 sheets of regular, and 15 sheets of moisture resistant.
We were in town for a 2 day job and made at least 2 trips to Lowes.
Made 4 trips total, forgot things and had to go back in.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
