Pretty much just like every other lowes you go to, laid out different than most ice Ben to, but they REALLY NEED TO UPDATE THE APP TO FIND PRODUCTS IN THIS STORE! The app told me what i was looking for was in aisle 1... it was in aisle 20!?! And the 2 stacks of drywall they had in aisle 20, made me a bit confused, they had maybe 20 sheets of regular, and 15 sheets of moisture resistant.
We were in town for a 2 day job and made at least 2 trips to Lowes.
Made 4 trips total, forgot things and had to go back in.

We ordered a refrigerator the sales person showed us but when it was delivered it was not the one I ordered so I called Lowe’s and for $318 more I can have the refrigerator I wanted so I paid for it I went into the montoursville pa store the salesperson admitted she ordered the wrong one so we talked to the manager his name was Pat he said he would take care of everything well my new refrigerator was delivered today and no phone call from Pat who assured me he would make it right so I will be shopping anywhere else but Lowe’s and the delivery men did not leave user manual

Don’t buy any LG appliance from this store (or anywhere for that matter) This store sells LG appliances but has NO ONE to fix them if they break. My LG fridge compressor broke—it is still under manufacture warranty but I couldn’t find anyone to work on it. I bought it at this store so I called to see if they had anyone to work on it. Nope—they sell them but no one in the local area works on them.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
