    Seems like workers don't communicate or something you get wood from the reduced rack then go to pay an they look at you like your crazy it's like don't you kno they mark damaged wood down instead of throwing it out byt no they don't then you got the line backing up ppl getting mad no cool. Also they try everything to not honor the craftsman an kobalt hand tools life time warranty

    Ordered a door that cost me over $1000 witch they delivered damaged. Called to see what they could do for me and to my surprise not a damn thing. So I would highly recommend Home Depot. Don't give this place your money. Guess I will be fixing my new busted up door on my dime. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First off this has to be the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been too. What Lowe’s doesn’t have a roofing aisle? I walk into building material and asked the associate where the roofing aisle was that way I can get everything I needed just to get told it’s all in the back and to go to customer service. Asked the guy 4 times where the sample shingles were before he finally told me there’s a sample sheet on the back wall. Which most of the shingles were not in stock at all. I then proceeded to customer service to place my order and the one girl kept saying to me you know people do this online because she didn’t want to do her job. Handed me the zebra to input all of the skus into the zebra just so she can do it. I shouldn’t have to do your job as a pro customer. I worked at Lowe’s for 2 years I shouldn’t have to do their job when I work for myself now. As we’re going through all the items she kept saying “is that it.” Over and over then proceeded to tell me people usually do this at pro, (pro doesn’t work past 6pm.) Finally get done with the order of shingles and materials needed and I asked if we could do an emergency delivery as my clients roof was literally caving in. To get told by the head cashier and associate at the desk that “Lowe’s no longer does emergency deliveries.” Which is an absolute bullshit lie. I called up a supervisor from another Lowe’s and asked and they said with a mangers approval you are allowed. Wouldn’t even get me a manager to tell him there’s situation. The owner of this store should feel ashamed of his employees that he’s hired at this Lowe’s. This Lowe’s made me contemplate driving 40 miles to bloomsburg to Home Depot bc at least there I wouldn’t have an issue with anything. Also some of the shingles from the delivery had cosmetic issues. Do better. I refuse to ever use this Lowe’s again if I’m back in the Williamsport area.

    I recently bought a weed burner at Lowe's. This has to have been the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. Safety valve, safety in the gas flow valve. As soon as you gave it a little bit of "too much gas" it would shut off. If you open the tank valve "too much" it would shut off. IT'S A WEED BURNER. I WANT TOO MUCH GAS. If you are to stupid to use one don't buy it. Or if you are stupid enough to hurt yourself using "TOO MUCH GAS " well I guess we just cleaned up the gene pool. Where did self responsibility and reasonable thinking go. Now we need government control on weed burners so we don't hurt ourselves. What a generation.
