  I had gone on the website before going to a showroom. On Saturday, Patrick showed me the stools. Unfortunately the table I was interested in wasn't @ that location. Patrick showed me a picture of it in someone's home. He wrote up the order form. Due to technical difficulties, I was unable to complete my purchase. A little while later, Patrick emailed me the completed order form. He made payment via internet easy. Once the payment part was completed, Patrick called me once again to schedule my delivery. Everything was conveniently done in a day. Delivery will be before this coming weeks end.

  This is now the second time i've gone to purchase furniture, and i've been met with professionalism, great personalities and people that truly love what they do. It does not stop with the salespeople. When my furniture was delivered, I had two conscientious delivery men bring into my residence and then at the whole time with a smile.

  My sales person was Chip who was knowledgable, professional and friendly. When the sale was completed, I expressed that I really was hoping to have my purchase delivered as soon as possible, Chip made it happen. I would also like to make note that Timothy and Mike who delivered my purchase were professional, efficient and friendly. These folks are an asset to your organization.

  I love my new piece of furniture for my kitchen. It’s perfect. My salesperson, Belinda Johnston was extremely helpful. I never felt any pressure. Once my decision was made she asked questions so the item was delivered when it was convenient for me. I would highly recommend her.

  I shopped most of new home furniture from Raymour & Flanigan and have been a great fan until recently (I even recommended it to our friends). We bought Platinum protection plan for our sofa and dining set and had a coffee spill on 2 of our dining chairs. Its been since Feb 1 I am trying to reach out to their service department - they are unreachable. When I tried to reach out to the local store, they also redirect me to the service department despite the fact that the service department is unreachable. No luck yet and they call it as PLATINUM plan 😂 I am glad I got the spills and had to try for the claim otherwise I would have continued buying this service which is a total waste of money.
